They have a keen eye and the intuition it takes to help them identify strong women who would make exceptional prospects. They know the skills and abilities a successful candidate needs, and they often see them in someone long before a candidate might. Levels of scouts include A, AA, AAA, and Major League Scout. They support the League and our prospects through social media, recruitment efforts, and learning through the e-learning library.
