Preferred Vendors List

As a part of our mission, we are dedicated to providing helpful training and resources to Prospects throughout their journey to run for public office. For many candidates, enlisting the services of a paid vendor is one of their first major campaign decisions. That’s why we’ve created the League Of Our Own Washington Preferred Vendors List.

The idea behind the list is simple. By helping both the vendors and the candidates agree on a standard of service and a clearly-defined scope of work early in the process, both parties can spend their time and energy where it matters most—winning elections. Vendors on the list have all signed the Preferred Vendors Agreement. The agreement includes a set of criteria and business practices including:

  • Providing a written campaign plan (if general consulting)
  • Setting a clear scope of work and specific deliverables
  • Providing a pre-determined billing and payment policy
  • Providing detailed itemized invoices for goods and services
  • Providing transparent pricing, including the disclosure of all aspects of compensation
  • Disclosing pre-existing agreements with other vendors or sub-vendors
  • Disclosing other current Washington State political clients and a list of clients from the previous election year

It is our hope that this will serve as a helpful resource to League Prospects and beyond.
